The people at Kinko's were incredibly helpful, and after some rough fits and starts we got all the duplex booklet pages organized on the right spreads. It turned out great. I did a seven-hole pamphlet binding, sewn with thick brown thread that I waxed with an alpine-scented candle. Engaging <em>all</em> the senses, ya'll. Awesome to hear!
